After three years of careful development and extensive trials, we are proud to offer a deodorant free of essential oils, baking soda and arrowroot powder. Cynthia, a breast cancer survivor, believes it is vital to use a deodorant free of aluminum, for the protection of not only armpits, but also the lymph system surrounding the breasts, neck and head.

Now, for those of you new to natural deodorant. You will still sweat, which is a good thing and I promise you'll get used to it, particularly when you DON'T SMELL! 

Magnesium serves as the foundation of this formulation, and its ratio was meticulously fine-tuned for over a year to achieve optimal efficacy. This formula is especially beneficial for women, as magnesium is more absorbable through the skin than ingested orally, with a range of potential benefits, ranging from migraine relief to muscle tension relief and hormone regulation. Additionally, it may aid in odor control by helping to rebalance the pH.

Tried and True...love Violets are Blue

I've waited over a year now to submit this review. I did not get paid for this and the brand did not convince me to do this. This is my honest review on my experience with the magnesium deodorant. I have tried tons of organic deodorants and none have impressed me as much as the Violets are Blue. All the other ones I have tried had issues, either I would get a rash, or armpits would hurt, or i got discoloration, or I would get stinging sensation, or they would not actually work to reduce smell or wetness. The Violets are Blue deodorant is legit my holy Grail deodorant. Since day one I have not had any issues and I have sensitive skin. I don't smell, I stay dry, it doesn't stain clothes, no rashes or itchyness, nothing! It lasts all day and well into the night. I can wear tank tops and deodorant is clear on the skin. Here's some tips I discovered online: in my shower I have a little bottle of Hibiclense Anti bacterial soap (you can get it at any pharmacy) and right before I get out of the shower I wash my underarms with this. Then 1-2 times a week at night before bed I quickly wash underarms with Hibiclense soap and pat dry, then I use Glycolic acid toner on cotton pads and swipe both underarms. I alternate between these brands as they are cheapest and for sensitive skin and have good ingredients: Mario Badescu Glycolic Toner, or The Ordinary 7% Glycolic Acid toner, or Pixie Glow Tonic, or InstaNatural Skincare 7% Glycolic AHA Toner...after some time your skin will build resilience and then you can do this glycolic treatments for more days each week and you can get stronger percentage glycolic acid toner. This treatment helps keep underarms clear as it gently exfoliates and it will help with diminishing any smells.

Very good deodorant

I’ve been trying to find a good natural deodorant that has good ingredients and quality but that it doesn’t contain baking soda, and of course, it needs to get the job done and this one has all of that. I’m not the biggest fan of the texture but this is definitely my new deodorant. Do recommend, overall excellent product.
